Art is for Everyone! is a fabric and yarn art display created by our community. Tell us what art means to you through an interactive flag-making project.
Threaded Together will facilitate workshop sessions for participants to make hanging flags that express what art means to them or how art impacts their life.
Participants can use glue sticks, scrap fabrics, markers, embroidery floss, and other materials to decorate their flags. Threaded Together staff and volunteers will sew down the glued pieces in real time with on-site sewing machines, then string the flags together.
The community art will be implemented as part of a yarn bomb in Aspen Alley between Rainbow’s End and Flag Brew.
