Description

Bridges of Flagstaff portrays four ways Flagstaff forms a bridge between two concepts. Participants walk over four painted bridges into a circular stone labyrinth with painted stones they can add.

The Bridges of Flagstaff is an interactive installation composed of four painted bridges which represent the way Flagstaff connects Earth to Sky, City to Nature, History to Innovation, and Education to Opportunity. Each bridge is placed in one of the cardinal directions, with railing colors to represent the traditions of Hopi and Navajo people.
